My soul waits for the Lord.

Lord, I am waiting for you. My soul is still and quiet, ready for your next order. I feel so excited, knowing you have wonderful things prepared for me and for us all!! Keep me from going out ahead of you. I only want to follow right behind you, Jesus, responding to your voice. I want to serve you with my life. Make me ready. I am full of hope – of desire with expectation of fulfillment!! When things seem to be delayed, help me to remember that my waiting is not in vain – that you are working in the times of waiting! I know that you are making everything happen just as you have planned and in your perfect timing! Let your will be done in every way. I trust you. I am relying on you, Lord. You are my Hope, the One that gives promise for the future. You are ever faithful. You keep your covenant, your promise to me and to all of your children, forever. My eyes are on you, the Love of my Life! You renew my strength as I sit with you each day, letting you minister to me and fill me. I go forward each day because you give me what I need. Thank you, Jesus! You are too wonderful for words. You are my Strength, my Peace, my Joy, my Everything!! In your holy name – Amen.
This is beautiful, Natalie. I loved it. Your relationship with the Lord is impossible to put into words appropriately, but I can see it and it shines! (hug)
Thank you, warrioress. God’ love truly is indescribable….deeper, wider, higher, longer than anything we’ve ever known! As our Lord reveals more of Himself and His great love, I only crave more!! I know you feel the same way. May we continue to seek after Him wholeheartedly and may our lives lived in and with the Lord be a light to others, revealing the love of God and what unexpainable JOY awaits them!!
Love you, dear sister…I am hugging you right back! :)
